Kinetic Chain Band Training

Watch Shawn Finnegan perform a number kinetic chain exercises using multiple bands anchored to an H2 Resistance Band Station.  

Due to the muscle recruitment patterns required to execute the exercises, Kinetic Chain exercises (in this case closed chain) are a great technique to develop strength and muscle firing sequence.
Closed chain kinetic exercises indicate that the person is firmly rooted (i..e., standing with full body weight on the ground).
